Shaw, Patricia Cates, age 59, of Mt. Juliet, TN died Sunday, January 1, 2012. Patricia was a member of Cooks United Methodist Church. She was a Gold Star Mother and a member of the American Legion Tyler Cates Post #281. Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Langford Lannom and her son, Lance Corporal Steven Charles Tyler Cates.

Brown, Kathy, age 56, of Lebanon, TN died Monday, January 2, 2012. Kathy was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Harvey Freeman Chapter #181. She was the daughter of the late, Richard Eldon and Mary Louise Underly Ross. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Frederick and her granddaughter, Erika Nicole Brown.

Pon, Richard Walter Zee-Ming, age 21, of Mt. Juliet, TN died Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Richard loved going to the University of Tennessee Chattanooga where he was a member of the Catholic Student Center and the racquetball club. He was an avid sports fan and espicially loved the Nashville Predators. Richard loved his family and his pets. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Walter Lane and paternal grandparents, Richard Q. and Chun Pon.

Moss, Vivian Ilene Hale, age 87, of Mt. Juliet, TN died Monday, January 9, 2012. Mrs. Moss was a member of Victory Baptist Church and the Green Hill Woman's Club. She was a homemaker, florist and caterer. Mrs. Moss was the daughter of the late, Lemuel and Pearl Sewell Hale. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Beasley Moss and brother, Rudolph Hale.

Arb, Ellen Vivrett Bradshaw, age 87, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Thursday, January 12, 2012. Mrs. Arb was a member of Mt. Juliet Church of Christ and the Ladies Home Demonstration Club. She was the daughter of the late, Porter H. and Georgia Wilkerson Vivrett. Brown, Marjorie Jean Chandley George, age 89, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Sunday, January 15, 2012. Mrs. Brown was born May 9, 1922 in Scottsville, KY to the late, Edward L. and Iva Mae Gilliam Chandley. She moved to Old Hickory, TN at an early age and attended DuPont Elementary School and graduated from DuPont High School. Mrs. Brown was an active member of Green Hill Baptist Church and a charter member of Victory Baptist Church. She was retired from Dupont, was a member of the Needmore Bridge Club for over 60 years and was a member of Green Hill Woman's Club, where she held various positions. She loved to travel and was a member of Ilene's Bunch travel group. Mrs. Brown was also preceded in death by her husbands, William C. George, Jr. and William W. Brown, her sister, Margaret C. Doris, and daughter, Terri Ann George.

Cartwright, Paul Anderson, age 67, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Monday, January 23, 2012. Paul was born June 23, 1944 in Nashville, TN. He served in the motor pool in the United States Air Force. Paul worked at Sunbeam, Lewisburg Transfer, Humboldt Express and First Express trucking companies. He was active in Middle TN Fleet Maintenance and Tennessee Trucking Association where he received Maintenance Professional of the Year in 2004. Mr. Freeman is a veteran of the United States Army and worked for S and W Electric Company.
