She was a Gold Star Mother and a member of the American Legion Tyler Cates Post #281. Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Langford Lannom and her son, Lance Corporal Steven Charles Tyler Cates.

Pon, Richard Walter Zee-Ming, age 21, of Mt. Juliet, TN died Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Richard loved going to the University of Tennessee Chattanooga where he was a member of the Catholic Student Center and the racquetball club. He was an avid sports fan and espicially loved the Nashville Predators. Richard loved his family and his pets. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Walter Lane and paternal grandparents, Richard Q. and Chun Pon.

Brown, Marjorie Jean Chandley George, age 89, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Sunday, January 15, 2012. Mrs. Brown was born May 9, 1922 in Scottsville, KY to the late, Edward L. and Iva Mae Gilliam Chandley. She moved to Old Hickory, TN at an early age and attended DuPont Elementary School and graduated from DuPont High School. Mrs. Brown was an active member of Green Hill Baptist Church and a charter member of Victory Baptist Church. She was retired from Dupont, was a member of the Needmore Bridge Club for over 60 years and was a member of Green Hill Woman's Club, where she held various positions. She loved to travel and was a member of Ilene's Bunch travel group. Mrs. Brown was also preceded in death by her husbands, William C. George, Jr. and William W. Brown, her sister, Margaret C. Doris, and daughter, Terri Ann George.
