Carr, Jerry Kent, age 65, of Lebanon, TN, died Monday, May 2, 2011. Mr. Carr was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. He was the son of the late, Vincent and Ethel Waybright Carr.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Immanuel Baptist Church, 214 Castle Heights Ave., Lebanon, TN with Bro. Carl Sherman, Bro. John Hunn and Bro. Carl Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Bartons Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Anderson, Vance G., age 77, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Mr. Anderson was a member of Mt. Juliet Church of Christ. He was a retired veteran of the U.S. Navy and received the Vietnam Service Medal with 5 stars. He was also a member of the American Legion, Tyler Cates Post #281. Mr. Anderson was the son of the late, Lennie D. and Mary Myrtle Madden Anderson. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Beverly Anne Anderson Meriwether.

Stovall, Robert Kenneth, age 74, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Sunday, May 8, 2011. Mr. Stovall was a member of Donelson Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Batliner, Jr., Clifford Francis, age 74, of Old Hickory, TN, died Saturday, May 14, 2011. Cliff was born in Louisville, KY. He was the son of the late, Clifford Francis Batliner, Sr. and Anna Louise Ritchie Batliner. He grew up a member of the Catholic Community and graduated from St. Xavier High School. He was also a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor's degree in business and he worked as a Systems Analyst. Cliff was a Baritone Soloist with the Fort Knox Soldier's Chorus during his 4 years in the U.S. Army. He was well known in Louisville having performed in several productions including, “Pirates of Penzance”, “Mikado”, ”Brigadoon”, “Silk Stockings”, “Bell, Book & Candle”, “H.M.S. Pinafore”, “Fanny”, “Wonderful Town”, “Up in Mother's Suite”, “Rose Marie”, Blossom Time” and “The Most Happy Fella”. He created memorable roles as “Curly” in “Oklahoma” and as “Bill Sykes” in “Oliver”. He is remembered for his “Stewpot” role in “South Pacific”, his role as “Lancelot” in “Camelot” and as “Frank Butler” in “Annie Get Your Gun”. Cliff sang in various clubs throughout Louisville, KY, Dayton, OH, Providence, RI, Hilton Head, SC and most recently Hermitage, TN. He is survived by:

Manners, Jr., Harry Joseph, age 73, died Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Joe was a 1957 graduate of Hume-Fogg High School and served in the Naval Reserve for eight years. He retired from I.E. Dupont in 2000 after 35 years of service as an electrician. Joe was a member of Lebanon First United Methodist Church and Buena Vista-East Nashville Lodge #560 F&AM. Joe and his wife, Barbara loved to travel and visited almost all of the United States and made several trips to Europe. Golf was his passion and he played often. Joe was the son of the late, H.J. Manners, Sr. and Ann Anderson Manners. He was an exceptional husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by:
