Wright, Jr., Dayton Albert “Red”, age 72, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died July 4, 2019. Red was a member of Gladeville Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was in IT and recently retired from 1st Bank of Tennessee. While working in the telecommunications industry, he installed phone systems at Vanderbilt, Opryland and Opryland Hotel. Red was a family man and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was the son of the late, Dayton Albert Wright, Sr. and Ellen Dies Wright. Red was also preceded in death by his brother-at-arms, Ronald G. (Beverly) Sanders.
He is survived by:

and Tim (Alicia) Sanders
Siblings – Paul Wright, Silas Wright, Nancy Wright and Roy Wright

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bruce Grubbs officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Fluhart, Barbara Ann, age 82, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died July 5, 2019. Mrs. Fluhart was a member of Providence United Methodist Church. She had served in many capacities over her lifetime including, a x-ray technician, a homemaker, a kindergarten teacher’s aide at Jacksontown Elementary School, a dental assistant and church secretary at St. John’s UCC in Newark, OH. Mrs. Fluhart was a native of Newark, OH and the daughter of the late, Carl and Mildred Yockey Debevoise. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Richard Debevoise.
She is survived by:

Kerr, Wade Barrett, age 89, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died July 10, 2019. Mr. Kerr was a member of Green Hill Church and the Care Bear Class. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a 60 year member of the Mt. Juliet Masonic Lodge #642, F&AM. Mr. Kerr retired from Buford Brothers. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Kerr was the son of the late, Wade Barrett Ker, Sr. and Willie Hazel Lee Barrett.

Troupe, Jr., Fred William, age 90, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died July 11, 2019. Mr. Troupe attended church in Fairfield Glade. He was an avid golfer and member of the Fairfield Glade Community. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and also worked for Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation. Mr. Troupe was president of the Bowling Association in Tennessee for many years. He was the son of the late, Fred William Troupe, Sr. and Ruth McMillan Troupe. Mr. Troupe was also preceded in death by his wives, Bettye Troupe, Pat Troupe and Anne Troupe and his sisters, Mary Ruth Howell and Bettye Fleming.

Addison, John Randall “Johnny”, age 65, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died July 15, 2019. Johnny was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, long drives and football, especially the Oakland Raiders and the Titans. Johnny was preceded in death by his father, John L. Addison; mother, Betty Jean Smiley Cunningham and step-father, John Bell Cunningham.

Spradling, Rita Marie Hosek, age 92, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died July 23, 2019. Mrs. Spradling was a member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church and a member of the Red Hat Society. She was the daughter of the late, Joseph and Lydia Mulhearn Hosek. Mrs. Spradling was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Edward Spradling; children, Shirley Ann Spradling and Edward Spradling and siblings, Dick Hosek, Kay Wilhem and Bernie Valladao.

Barr, Edith Evelyn King, age 86, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died July 26, 2019. Mrs. Barr was a member of the Church of Christ. She was the daughter of the late, Gayland and Margaret Kegean King. Mrs. Barr was also preceded in death by her husband, Zane Barr and her siblings, Shirley Smith and Glen King.

Greene, Dorothy Ann Clendening, age 84, of Mt. Juliet, TN, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Mrs. Greene was born February 1, 1935 to the late, Oscar Tibbs and Myrtle Lee Conyer Clendening. She was a founding member of Victory Baptist Church and a member of the Denton/Oliver Sunday School Class. Mrs. Greene grew up on Long Hollow Pike and graduated from Hendersonville High School, where she was voted Most Studious. She retired from WKRN – Channel 2 and then spent her time doing what she loved, baking for her loving husband and others.

Duncan, Ralph Douglas, age 66, of Antioch, TN, made a peaceful transition from this life on July 31, 2019. Ralph was retired from the State of Tennessee, Department of Correction. He enjoyed gardening, traveling, Kentucky basketball and Titans football. Ralph was preceded in death by his father, Thelbert Duncan; wife, Cheryl K. Brown and brother, Charles Duncan.
